"Fantastic Service"
I’m super happy with my Willow Tree buy. The delivery was quick, the packaging was great, and it was just what I wanted. (Plus, it was less expensive than getting it directly from Willow Tree, where the item was sold out.) I also made another order on the same day with Willow Tree, and it hasn’t even shipped yet! Kudos to Gallery Gifts for their outstanding service. I’ll surely be back. Highly recommend!

I ordered a plaque for my Grandma's gravesite. It showed up super fast, and I was updated regularly about the delivery status. The product is exactly what I was looking for and is of high quality. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely suggest it to others.

"Let Down!"
The decoration I purchased was really subpar. I returned the initial one for a swap, but the pickup process was a hassle. The replacement showed up and was just as disappointing. For the cost of the item, I couldn't see a reason to hold onto it. It really irked me to fork out almost £20 of my own cash just to send it back for a refund. Now I'm £20 down, and it's made me think twice about ordering from them in the future!

"Terrible Experience"
I placed an order for some items for my daughter, who has special needs and Autism. That same night, I got an email saying my package would arrive the following day. But guess what? The package never showed up. I reached out to the store, and they were super apologetic, explaining that one of the items was damaged and they needed to grab another from a different location. They assured me it would be delivered the next day and even refunded my shipping costs. The next day rolled around, and still no items. So, I contacted them again. The representative I spoke with was really sorry and promised to personally send it out. When it finally arrived, it was packed nicely, and everything seemed fine. Then, on Monday, while I was out, I got a call from the company saying they mistakenly sent another package to my address and wanted it back. I called home and found out that my daughter had received it since it had her name on it, and she had already opened it. We’ve ordered a few things, so she thought it was for her. I called them back and confirmed we had the package. The guy said they wanted it back the next day. I told him I might not be home, and he insisted on getting it back but said he’d work around my schedule. The worst part? He managed to set up a tracked DPD collection for the next day after failing to deliver the first package as promised. My daughter, who has autism, got really upset when I had to take back the ornament she thought was hers. She couldn’t grasp why someone would give her something and then take it back, especially since it had her name and address on it. This whole situation has caused us a lot of stress, and we won’t be shopping with them again.

"Initially Nervous About Ordering..."
I was a bit nervous about trying out this company since I hadn’t shopped with them before. I shot over a couple of questions, and they got back to me super quick. So, I decided to go for it and ordered a piece of Crown Derby yesterday. Just got my order delivered by DPD Courier, and it was packed really well—talk about speedy service! The item matches the description perfectly and is top-notch quality. I’m really pleased and quite happy with the service I got from this company. They were friendly and easy to talk to, always ready to help with my queries, which made me feel appreciated. Overall, my experience has been really great, and I’d definitely shop with them again down the line. Honestly, I think the service I received is way better than what you get from a lot of their rivals. I’d recommend them to anyone looking to use their services, and I wish them all the best moving forward.

Fantastic support! I mistakenly entered the wrong postcode, and they really went out of their way to assist me, fixing everything up. The item I ordered was a big crystal vase, and it was packed really well, so it arrived in perfect shape. Plus, it was a real steal—best price I could find. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I'm really thrilled with my buy of 2 Edinburgh crystal wine glasses. I had a few questions, and they got back to me right away, which I found impressive. My order showed up in just 2 days, and it was packed up really nicely. Super satisfied, definitely recommend!

I'm really impressed. I purchased some pricey glassware (even though it was cheaper than anywhere else) and was a tad nervous about using a site I hadn't tried before. "Fantastic service, but the courier dropped the ball"
This was our first time ordering from this company, and I gotta say, their prices are quite fair. They kept us in the loop about when our order would be shipped. Up until that point, we were really impressed with the service from Gallery Gifts—no complaints at all. I would’ve given them a five-star rating, but sadly, the courier service they rely on really let them down. UPS informed us on Thursday the 26th that our package was on the way, and then on Friday the 27th, they said it would arrive that day. But, after waiting around all day, nothing showed up. Now, UPS can’t even tell us when it’ll be delivered! It’s a real shame that Gallery Gifts has to deal with such a poor courier service. I really hope they reconsider their partnership with UPS.
